Terms and Conditions
1. Payment for workshops and private tours
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The final payment must be made 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 10 days of the departure date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
We accept PayPal, Wechat Pay, Alipay and cash (USD or RMB).
2. Cancellation policy
We understand that attending our workshops or private tours requires advance commitment, and unforeseeable events may necessitate the cancellation of a workshop or tour. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Greater than 60 days from the start date of the workshop or private tours: full refund
- 30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: no refund
Please note that if you cancel a private tour more than 30 days before departure, the deposit or booking cost you paid can be applied to your next trip.
3. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents and immunizations. Check with the appropriate consulates or visa agencies to determine if visas are needed. A valid passport is required for international travel.
